Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a Developer and an app user?
Developers can create, edit, and deploy apps. Each plan has a developer seat limit. App users are the people who use your deployed apps — they're unlimited on every plan at no extra cost.
How are App Slots counted?
Only apps in the running state count toward your slots. Sleeping and stopped apps don't use any slots.
Am I charged for stopped or sleeping apps?
No. Stopped and sleeping apps don't consume slots. You can keep as many idle apps as you like with no limit. Note that they do still use storage.
How is a Scheduled Job execution counted?
Each time a cron job starts counts as one execution. Each run has a 10-minute time limit. If the previous run is still in progress, the next one is skipped — skipped runs don't count. Scheduled Jobs don't consume App Slots.
Can I share an app with my entire company at no extra cost?
Yes. App users are unlimited on every plan. You only pay for developer seats and active app slots.
Does the compute tier differ by plan?
Yes. Each plan includes compute resources (CPU / memory) scaled to your App Slots. Adding extra slots automatically increases your available compute. We use Level tiers because exact allocations are optimized based on real-world usage.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required at sign-up. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
What happens after the trial ends?
You'll automatically move to the paid plan. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime.
What happens when I hit a limit?
When all App Slots are in use, you can't deploy or start new apps. Running apps are unaffected. Stop unused apps to free up slots, or upgrade your plan. Scheduled Jobs skip remaining runs for the month when the quota is reached (resets next month).
Will my app stop if I exceed my storage limit?
No. Apps won't stop immediately or lose the ability to save data. If we detect overage, our support team will reach out about cleanup or a plan upgrade. Sustained large overages may be subject to limits.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Invoice and bank transfer are not available at this time.
What is the support response time?
We respond within 2–3 business days.

- App Slots (Active Apps)
- The number of web apps, workers, or other processes that can run simultaneously. Stopped apps don't count.
- Scheduled Jobs
- Cron-based jobs counted by execution. Each run has a 10-minute time limit. If the previous run is still in progress, the next is skipped and not counted. Scheduled Jobs don't consume App Slots.
- Developers
- Users who can create, update, and deploy apps. App users (end users) are unlimited.
- Compute tier
- The CPU/memory allocation for your workspace, scaled to your number of App Slots. Adding extra slots automatically increases compute. We use Level tiers because exact allocations are optimized based on real-world usage.
- Storage
- Total capacity including app persistent data (/data), snapshots (backups), and logs.
- Snapshots
- Automatic daily backups of app data, retained for the number of days included in your plan.
- App status
- Three states: running (active, uses a slot), sleep (auto-wakes on access), stop (start manually from the dashboard). Sleep and stop don't use App Slots.
