Developers can create, edit, and deploy apps. Each plan has a developer seat limit. App users are the people who use your deployed apps — they're unlimited on every plan at no extra cost.

Only apps in the running state count toward your slots. Sleeping and stopped apps don't use any slots.

No. Stopped and sleeping apps don't consume slots. On a paid plan you can keep as many idle apps as you like with no limit. Note that they do still use storage. During the 14-day free trial this is different: a trial workspace can own at most 3 apps in total — stopped, sleeping, undeployed, and cron-only apps all count — and creating a 4th is rejected. Apps deployed as static sites are exempt from that count.

Each cron fire counts as one execution. Each run has a time limit (up to 3–10 minutes depending on plan, capped at 10 minutes on every plan). If the previous run is still in progress, the next one is skipped — skipped runs are not counted toward the monthly total. Scheduled Jobs don't consume App Slots.

Yes. App users are unlimited on every plan. You only pay for developer seats and active app slots.

Yes. App users sign in with their Google or Microsoft account. Keelson applies the login to every app automatically, so your app needs no authentication code. On Team and above, you can also register your company email domain: anyone with an address on that domain joins the workspace from a join URL, without an individual invitation.

Yes. Any Google or Microsoft account can sign in once that address has been invited to your workspace as a member. Domain-based joining (Team and above) is the exception: only your company’s own email domain can be registered, so public domains such as gmail.com or outlook.com can’t be used for automatic joining.

Deactivate the member on the Members screen. Access to every app stops immediately. It is not an account deletion, so you can re-enable the member later if needed.

Yes. Each account can use one 14-day free trial on any plan. Additional workspaces are charged as soon as checkout is completed. On Starter and Plus, no credit card is needed to start the trial — if you don't add one, the trial simply ends and you're never charged. Team and above require a credit card at sign-up; cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.

Yes. Four limits apply during the trial. First, a trial workspace can own at most 3 apps — stopped, undeployed, and cron-only apps all count; apps deployed as static sites do not — and creating a 4th is rejected. Second, every plan can run at most 3 apps at once. This limit replaces your plan’s App Slots during the trial; your plan’s value returns when the trial converts to a paid plan. Third, builds are limited to 7 per day. Fourth, builds are limited to 30 for the whole trial; that allowance is cumulative and does not reset at the start of a month. Build minutes and concurrent builds stay at your plan’s values. The owned-app and build limits come off automatically when the trial converts to a paid plan.

If you've registered a credit card, you'll automatically move to the paid plan. On a card-less trial (Starter / Plus), the trial simply ends and you're not charged. During a paid subscription, upgrades take effect immediately, and the prorated difference is charged when you make the change. Downgrades during a paid subscription take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can continue using your current plan until then. During a free trial, both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and incur no charge.

When all App Slots are in use, you can't deploy or start new apps. Running apps are unaffected. Stop unused apps to free up slots, or upgrade your plan. Scheduled Jobs skip remaining runs for the month when the quota is reached (resets next month). Builds are refused once you reach your plan's monthly build count or monthly build minutes; both reset at the start of the next month. A build is also refused while you are already at your plan's concurrent-build limit — retry when the running build finishes. During the trial, the daily cap is 7 builds and the trial allowance is 30 builds in total; the 30 is cumulative and does not reset, so upgrading is the only way to keep building.

The workspace-wide storage allowance does not immediately stop an app when exceeded. Databases have no fixed limit by plan, but the underlying platform's technical limits apply. If we detect load far beyond normal business use, or use that affects platform stability, other customers, or our reasonable operating costs, we may restrict or suspend the application. In an emergency, we may impose restrictions without prior notice. Store images and attachments in file storage rather than the database.

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Invoice and bank transfer are not available at this time.
